I was perusing a few web sites pertaining to my small business, when one of the sites turned out to be "gibberish" and, immediately, I received a "pop-up" saying I had been infected and I could click on their link to have the virus removed. Luckily, I knew NOT to click on that link, but I did know my computer was infected. I sent out the call, "Help, Help, Computer Buddy - A dastardly, despicable, digital demon had descended deep into the depths of my dependable Dell computer." Within a day, the Dynamic Duo (Bill & Steve) visited and dug deep into my Dell, driving out the demon virus. Thank you, L.A. Computer Buddy. A number of years ago, when I was in dire need of a computer expert, my friend (Larry G.) introduced me to Bill Curran, and L.A. Computer Buddy. Over the years, L.A. Computer Buddy has kept my systems in optimum order and has repaired any glitches, such as this NEW virus, that have come along.

Our company grew from 3 to 50 employees in a span of 18 months. The original computer company I hired was not geared to support the growth of our business. I became frustrated with my computer vendor and began an exhaustive search for a new company who could support our needs. A business colleague gave me the name of Bill Curran at L.A. THE BEST COMPUTER REPAIR IN LA...

In the last 2 months, Bill and Steve have now fixed two separate laptops, both of which had distinct and unique issues (one laptop lost its entire system 32 folder while the other was getting persistent blue screen of death errors). The service is simply amazing. You just don't find this kind of quality customer service in this day and age. Well, you do now. I highly recommend LAComputerBuddy to anyone who is looking to have their machine repaired. You will receive excellent service, an EXTREMELY FAIR price, and you will have your machine back and working in almost no time. These guys even picked up and delivered my laptops to me. They are the kings of computer repair. I feel better knowing that if my laptop breaks down again, it'll be in good hands.

I called Bill of LAcomputerBuddy to give me a second opinion. He came to my dental office the next day of calling and he took my CPU and found that is was just a loose wiring issue and not the whole harddrive that the other company said. These guys are great. I have dealt with them for over 5 years and they are always friendly, patient, and really know their stuff. They also explain it to us computer dummies in basic English. If they are busy, many things can be done remotely which saves everybody time, trouble and gas. But don't call them because they will become too busy for me.
